Learning Officer – Luxury Retail Training

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Officer to drive training excellence across Chanel boutiques in Kuwait and Bahrain. Reporting to the Learning Manager, you will design, deliver and embed impactful learning experiences that enhance client experience and fashion expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and communicate training sessions in partnership with the Middle East and India training team.
• Develop and deliver collection, client‑experience and briefing trainings, adapting content to boutique needs.
• Identify boutique subject‑matter experts to co‑facilitate sessions and morning briefs.
• Coach all boutique roles on the floor, create action plans and use coaching as a business lever.
• Collaborate with Learning Manager, Brand Manager, HR and boutique management to ensure pre‑work completion and follow‑up.
• Conduct refresher trainings, floor observations and embed action plans.
• Produce regular qualitative and quantitative reports, establishing KPIs to measure training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a dedicated training role.
• Experience in luxury retail or footwear is a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and excellent memory.
• Fashion sensibility, emotional and situational intelligence.
• Reliable, integrity‑driven with superb observation and listening skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with clear communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
