Legal Representative – Collections

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Representative to lead the collection of delinquent accounts. The role involves direct communication with customers, negotiation of payment solutions, and coordination of legal actions to recover outstanding amounts while upholding the company’s policies and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review allocation sheets and create daily task lists based on customer priority.
• Contact customers through Ameyo, phone, WhatsApp or other channels to negotiate repayment.
• Prepare and forward SMS communication lists and field‑visit lists to the supervisor.
• Follow approved calling and SMS scripts during all interactions.
• Gather additional information from external sources and update records.
• Log all follow‑up activity in the EBIX system.
• Monitor court status of cases weekly and conduct field visits to customers’ workplaces or homes.
• Implement legal measures such as arrest orders and vehicle seizure when necessary.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in collections or debt recovery.
• Fluent Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Strong communication, independent work capability and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ameyo contact‑center software.
• Experience using the EBIX case‑management system.
