Licensed Practical Nurse – Night Shift – 2nd Floor Rehab

About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will join the 2nd Floor Rehabilitation unit at Baptist Health, working the night shift (6:30 pm – 7:00 am). The LPN provides safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process and Baptist Health training to deliver patient‑centered care.
• Perform clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as authorized.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a 48‑hour bi‑weekly schedule and adhere to night‑shift protocols.

Required profile

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing in Arkansas.
• Current Healthcare CPR certification; additional ACLS, PALS, or NALS certifications may be required (training provided).
• Ability to work night hours and demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking.
