About the role
The Lobby Ambassador provides a warm and friendly welcome to hotel guests, ensuring courteous service from arrival to departure. The role focuses on embodying the company's service standards and creating positive interactions throughout the lobby area.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests at the hotel entrance, escort them to check‑in, and assist with queues.
- Engage guests at the coffee and refreshment station, representing cultural connection initiatives.
- Use the Tablet Registration tool to register guests efficiently while they await check‑in.
- Provide personalized service to VIP and loyalty program members.
- Identify revenue opportunities such as restaurant reservations and promote hotel offers.
- Maintain communication with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with company policies.
