Logistics and Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Logistics and Supply Chain Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Shuwaikh. You will coordinate daily supply‑chain activities, ensure product availability, and manage logistics operations to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform demand forecasting, inventory control, and production planning.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse movements, and transportation scheduling.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records for all logistics activities.
• Monitor supplier performance, optimise order cycles, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Analyse data to identify process improvements, implement cost‑effective solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in supply‑chain or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical ability and clear communication skills.
• Experience with demand and production planning, inventory management, and order processing.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or inventory‑management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
