Logistics Coordinator – Kuwait (Driving License Required)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role involves managing daily logistics operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of materials across local and international routes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor local and international shipments, deliveries, and transportation.
• Arrange pickup and delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, and transport companies.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, shipping documents, packing lists, invoices, and other logistics paperwork.
• Track shipments, provide status updates, and resolve any logistics‑related issues.
• Work closely with drivers and delivery teams to ensure safe and on‑time deliveries.
• Assist with customs clearance and import/export documentation when required.
• Plan delivery routes and efficiently allocate vehicles and drivers.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, trackers, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, and Project teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Officer, or similar role.
• Familiarity with local and international logistics/shipping processes.
• Good knowledge of delivery coordination, transportation, and logistics documentation.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
