Logistics & Fleet Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Fleet Analyst to support daily transportation, fleet, driver, sales invoice, and logistics operations. The role will monitor fleet performance, coordinate trucks and drivers, analyse costs, maintain accurate records, and help ensure efficient deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales invoices, truck and driver allocation based on delivery needs.
• Monitor truck utilisation, delivery schedules, routes and vehicle availability.
• Work with Warehouse, Sales and Logistics teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Track driver attendance, trips, working hours and performance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date fleet, driver, vehicle and delivery records.
• Record fuel consumption, maintenance, repair costs and other fleet expenses.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly fleet and logistics performance reports.
• Analyse transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Support preparation and processing of sales invoices and delivery documents as required.
• Collaborate with external transporters and service providers when needed.
• Develop and maintain Excel‑based trackers and dashboards for fleet and logistics KPIs.
• Assist management with logistics data analysis, forecasting and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and local transport regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, fleet management or transportation within Kuwait or the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, data analysis).
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS or other fleet management systems.
• Data analysis and reporting.
