Logistics Supervisor – 3PL Delivery Company

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead our rider team in a fast‑growing 3PL logistics environment. The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily plans and updates with riders.
• Monitor rider performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Issue instructions and operational support to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate rider documentation and records.
• Resolve issues promptly to avoid service disruptions.
• Prepare and update operational reports using Microsoft Excel.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
