About the role
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead our rider team in a fast‑growing 3PL logistics environment. The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate daily plans and updates with riders.
- Monitor rider performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Issue instructions and operational support to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate rider documentation and records.
- Resolve issues promptly to avoid service disruptions.
- Prepare and update operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
