Male Receptionist – Kuwaiti

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and tech‑savvy male receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, students, parents, and guests at our academy. The role requires a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and an understanding of local culture.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, students, parents, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including visitor registration, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
• Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Use digital systems and computers to maintain visitor records and support daily operations.
• Provide accurate information about the academy’s programs, activities, schedules, and services.
• Coordinate with the academy team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent visitor experience.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic (Kuwaiti dialect) and English with strong spoken communication skills.
• Previous experience in reception, front‑desk operations, customer service, hospitality, or administration.
• Friendly, energetic, presentable, and customer‑focused personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to shift work, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Good computer skills and confidence using digital systems and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
