Male Social Media & Reception Staff for Dental Clinic

About the role
We are looking for a male professional to manage our dental clinic's social media presence and provide front‑desk support. The role combines online engagement with in‑person patient reception, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update the clinic's social media accounts on Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
- Respond to messages, comments and appointment inquiries promptly.
- Welcome patients at the reception desk and guide them through the check‑in process.
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments and maintain booking records.
- Create simple posts, reels and stories to promote clinic services.
Required profile
- Previous experience in social media handling.
- Good communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Reception or customer‑service experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
