Manager - Accounts & Finance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the accounting and finance function for a Family Office and its related group entities operating across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, payroll governance, tax and statutory compliance, as well as finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting across multiple group entities.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and MIS.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and liquidity management.
• Supervise banking, treasury operations and payment controls.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to senior stakeholders.
• Govern payroll processes and ensure robust financial controls.
• Support implementation and stabilization of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Drive finance transformation, automation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Partner with HR, Investment, Operations, Family Concierge and other functions on financial planning and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA qualification.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including team leadership.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory audits, tax compliance and cash‑flow management.
• Experience managing multi‑entity environments across different jurisdictions.
• Exposure to Family Offices, Investment Holding Companies or similar complex business environments is preferred.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and local GAAP.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar ERP system.
