Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our client’s diverse portfolio of restaurants, confectionery, catering and other business divisions in Kuwait. The role combines strategic planning with practical, creative implementation to drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and calendar across all divisions.
• Lead digital and social media strategy, campaign creation and performance tracking.
• Oversee in‑store, delivery‑app and offline marketing activities including POS, signage, branch launches and activations.
• Design and manage loyalty, CRM and customer‑retention programmes.
• Plan, execute and report on integrated campaigns from concept to post‑campaign analysis.
• Maintain brand consistency and provide creative direction across all touchpoints.
• Manage and develop a marketing team (Social Media Manager, Marketing Executive, Graphic Designer).
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Own the marketing budget, monitor ROI and report on KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 10 years of marketing experience in Kuwait, preferably in F&B, retail, hospitality or FMCG.
• Deep understanding of the Kuwaiti market and consumer behaviour.
• Proven ability to translate strategic ideas into successful campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset linking marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
