Marketing & PR Executive (Kuwaiti) – Shuaiba

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & PR Executive to join a leading plastic manufacturing company in Shuaiba, Kuwait. The role focuses on B2B marketing, branding, and public relations, supporting market assessment and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support B2B marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Lead company and product branding activities.
• Manage PR and corporate communication initiatives.
• Conduct market assessments, competitor research, and analysis.
• Identify B2B market opportunities and support business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Kuwaiti national with 2–3 years of relevant B2B marketing, PR or branding experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Proactive, creative, self‑motivated with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset, analytical and research abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
