Mathematics Lecturer

About the role

The Department of Mathematics at Kuwait College of Science and Technology is seeking a dedicated Lecturer to teach undergraduate courses, supervise student projects, and contribute to research and curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, prepare and supervise examinations, and assess student performance.
• Lead curriculum review, develop new courses, and support accreditation efforts.
• Conduct research, publish scholarly articles, and secure sponsored research projects.
• Mentor and supervise student research projects and teaching assistants.

Required profile

• Master's (minimum) and bachelor's degrees in Mathematics from an internationally accredited university.
• 3‑6 years of undergraduate teaching experience in English.
• Publication record commensurate with teaching experience.
• Awareness of multicultural teaching environments; Gulf region experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced computer knowledge.
• Ability to develop innovative instructional methods.
