Medical Representative – Healthcare Sales

About the role

The Medical Representative (also referred to as Medical Information Officer) will act as the trusted ambassador of Julphar in Kuwait, promoting our pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare providers, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders. The role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering therapeutic solutions, and supporting customers throughout their buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned budget and timeline.
• Develop and manage the sales territory, including customers, retailers and key stakeholders.
• Implement Julphar’s sales and marketing plan and territory coverage schedule.
• Conduct regular customer visits, audio‑visual activities and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, customer profiles and market feedback in the CRM system.
• Submit daily, monthly and CRM reports according to country reporting standards.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Utilise promotional tools and free medical samples to drive revenue.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
