About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to lead technical delivery for cloud and on‑premise implementations in Kuwait. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on Project Operations and ERP connectivity.

Key responsibilities

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and Project Operations modules.
Build plugins, custom workflows, APIs, and integrations with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite.
Create Power Automate flows and Power Platform solutions.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments.
Document technical designs and collaborate with functional consultants and business users.
Lead and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

8+ years of hands‑on experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant, preferably 10+ years.
Proven experience in end‑to‑end implementations of Dynamics 365 CE, Project Operations, and Dataverse.
Strong client‑facing and communication skills in English.
Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
