About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to lead technical delivery on‑site in Kuwait City. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, integrating and supporting both cloud and on‑premise Dynamics 365 solutions, including Project Operations and ERP integrations.

Key responsibilities

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and Project Operations modules.
Build plugins, custom workflows, APIs and integrations with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Finance/F&O).
Create Power Automate flows and Power Platform solutions.
Implement and maintain Dual‑write, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management integrations.
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and support deployments.
Produce technical documentation and collaborate with functional consultants and business users.
Lead and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

8+ years (preferably 10+ years) of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant, including Project Operations.
Proven experience in end‑to‑end implementations on cloud and on‑premise environments.
Strong communication skills in English, client‑facing experience and ability to work immediately.
Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
Any university degree; Microsoft certifications are a plus.

SQL Server, FetchXML, SSRS, Git, Azure DevOps.

What we offer

Competitive budget of 3000+ USD per month, based on experience.
Accommodation, visa support, flight ticket and local travel allowance.
Daily per diem of 30 USD.
5‑month contract with possible extension.
