MPFM (Multiphase Flow Metering) Specialist

About the role

The MPFM Specialist will ensure optimal operation and reliability of Multiphase Flow Metering systems for oil field production, supporting KOC and SGS projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain MPFM operability, ensuring accurate and continuous production data.
• Perform evaluations, analyses, and produce reports on audits, maintenance, commissioning, and field tests.
• Recommend and evaluate new MPFM technologies to improve well productivity and testing efficiency.
• Specify design criteria and operating parameters for new projects and MPFM adoption.
• Mentor junior staff and troubleshoot MPFM installations and digital communications.
• Coordinate with vendors, support FAT, IFAT, SAT, pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Provide training workshops for KOC MPFM end‑users and manage vendor maintenance contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Multiphase Flow Metering and surface well‑testing operations.
• Proven ability to develop, monitor, and support advanced field applications and software workflows.
