About the role

Our client, a leading oil and gas service provider in Fahaheel, Kuwait, is expanding its workforce and is looking for experienced professionals to fill several key positions. The vacancies include Coating Inspector, Camp Boss, HSE Engineer, E&I Fitter, and Blaster & Painter. All roles are full‑time, onsite positions supporting ongoing projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coating Inspector: Perform internal and external coating inspections, ensure compliance with KOC standards, and review technical specifications.
• Camp Boss: Oversee accommodation, housekeeping, and welfare services for staff, maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
• HSE Engineer: Implement health, safety, and environmental policies, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001, and other certifications.
• E&I Fitter: Install instrument air tubing, impulse lines, cable trays, conduits, and structural supports according to engineering drawings.
• Blaster & Painter: Execute industrial blasting, surface preparation, and painting works following KOC safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑7 years of relevant experience for coating and blasting roles; 8+ years for HSE Engineer.
• Proven experience in oil and gas environments, preferably with KOC or KNPC projects.
• Relevant engineering or technical degree and certified safety qualifications (NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, etc.).
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
