About the role
The Occupational Therapist Floater provides independent, accountable care for a complex patient population within the Therapy Central Office. The position offers day shifts with flexible hours, working 8‑5 and totaling 80 hours bi‑weekly.
Required profile
- Arkansas State Board license for occupational therapy.
- Minimum one year of professional experience or completion of all facility competencies required for Staff Therapist II.
- CPR certification.
- OTR or registry‑eligible occupational therapist status.
- BS or MS degree from an AOTA‑accredited OT program.
Required skills
- OTR certification.
- CPR certification.
- Knowledge of professional facility competencies for Staff Therapist II.
