About the role
The Occupational Therapist I works independently to deliver high‑quality care to a complex patient population. This entry‑level position emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and a commitment to both professional and departmental growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to patients of varying ages.
- Demonstrate proficiency in assessing and treating complex cases.
- Collaborate with the Occupational Therapy team to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to departmental standards.
- Participate in continuous learning and quality‑improvement activities.
Required profile
- BS, MS, or DOT in Occupational Therapy.
- Arkansas State Board license or temporary license for new graduates.
- Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
- Maintain all requirements of the career ladder for Level I.
- Current CPR certification.
Required skills
- CPR certification.
