About the role

The Occupational Therapist I works with autonomy and accountability, providing care for a complex patient population in the BH Outpatient Therapy Center. The position follows a day shift schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and is authorized for 80 hours bi‑weekly.

Required profile

Valid Arkansas State board license or temporary license for a new graduate.
BS, MS, or DOT in Occupational Therapy.
Maintain all requirements of the career ladder for Level I.
CPR certification is required (can be completed upon hire).
