Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

The Odoo Functional Consultant will analyze business requirements, map them to appropriate Odoo modules, and configure the system to support core business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets operational needs across trading, contracting, or oil-and-gas environments.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse functional requirements from business units.
• Translate requirements into Odoo module designs and configurations.
• Configure Odoo to automate and optimise core processes.
• Integrate Odoo with internal systems and external applications.
• Provide functional documentation and support during implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to model and optimise business processes.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Proven experience in business process mapping and Odoo functional configuration.
• Knowledge of Odoo module and system integration.
• Prior experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP implementation, preferably in trading, contracting, or oil & gas sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field; Odoo or ERP certifications are a plus.
