About the role

The Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the American University of Kuwait invites applications for an open‑rank faculty position in Mathematics. The role involves teaching undergraduate courses in Mathematics and Statistics, conducting research, and contributing to departmental service.

Key responsibilities

Teach a variety of undergraduate courses in Mathematics and Statistics.
Conduct scholarly research and publish findings.
Provide service to the Department, College, and University.

Required profile

Hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics (or a master’s degree with a strong teaching record).
Demonstrated excellence in teaching and effective communication skills.
Ability to motivate and engage undergraduate students.
