About the role
We are looking for an Operation Staff member to support our indoor farming activities in Kuwait City. The role bridges communication between staff and clients while assisting both operational and sales functions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication between farm staff and customers.
- Assist in day‑to‑day farm operations and support sales initiatives.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Contribute to inventory management and basic reporting.
Required profile
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Applicants preferably from India, under 35 years old, with a transferable 18‑month visa.
