Operations Coordinator

About the role

Boutiqaat, one of the Middle East's leading e-commerce platforms, is looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join its Operations team. The role helps keep warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly, from receiving inventory to ensuring orders are accurately prepared and dispatched, working closely with other teams to maintain operational standards and support the efficient movement of products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, inventory and logistics activities.
• Monitor incoming shipments, stock movements and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Support inventory accuracy through stock counts, reporting and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate picking, packing, sorting and dispatch to ensure timely order processing.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Support quality control, returns and reverse logistics.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain records using Excel and warehouse systems.
• Work with warehouse, purchasing, freight and logistics teams to resolve issues and identify efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management or a similar operational role.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail or distribution is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and extended hours when operationally required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management software or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to prepare operational reports.
• Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
