Operations Manager – Delivery Services

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead delivery service operations in Farwaniya, Kuwait, overseeing daily logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing a dedicated team to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery processes, from order receipt to final hand‑over.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners and monitor service level agreements.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Optimize routing, inventory handling, and resource allocation.
• Resolve customer issues related to delivery performance.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery services, food delivery, logistics or 3PL operations within Kuwait.
• Currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.
• Strong operational and team‑management capabilities.
• Proven track record of improving delivery efficiency.

Required skills
