Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Operations Manager to join a leading food & beverage company in Kuwait. The role focuses on driving continuous growth, optimizing profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across all F&B outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategies to exceed breakeven points and achieve unlimited growth opportunities.
• Oversee new store openings, manage P&L statements, and control budgets.
• Increase top‑line revenue and improve bottom‑line results in both short and long term.
• Efficiently plan manpower and ensure each operational area is properly staffed.
• Lead, evaluate and develop staff performance on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate projects with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Recommend and implement operational improvements.
• Monitor market benchmarks and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing operations and people in the F&B or confectionery sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and cost optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
