Operations Manager – Oil & Gas Production

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily production operations at its Kuwait facility. The role ensures safe, efficient, and uninterrupted performance of oil and gas processing assets while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production operations to maintain safe and efficient facility performance.
• Develop and implement production plans that meet operational targets and optimise performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards and company procedures.
• Plan and supervise shift schedules to guarantee continuous production.
• Lead, mentor and manage production teams to achieve objectives.
• Monitor, analyse and report production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate closely with maintenance, HSE and other departments to support efficient plant operations.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas production or facility operations, including at least 10 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas processing systems and production operations.
• Experience with natural gas processing, compression systems, condensate recovery and water‑treatment facilities.
• Knowledge of H₂S safety management, hazard identification and emergency response procedures.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
