About the role
Join Boutiqaat’s fast‑paced warehouse team as an Operations Officer, where you’ll coordinate daily activities, optimise workflows and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, work with procurement to keep shelves stocked, and supervise receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
- Implement and improve operational procedures to boost efficiency, safety and compliance with health and security regulations.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff, collaborate with logistics, supply‑chain and customer‑service teams, and analyse data to generate performance reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics or e‑commerce operations.
- Hands‑on experience leading teams and solving operational challenges under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
