Operations Supervisor – Delivery Operations

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily delivery activities. You will oversee driver performance, manage operational reporting, and ensure seamless coordination with major delivery platforms. This full‑time position offers immediate start and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily delivery operations.
• Monitor driver attendance, leave, and performance.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate driver cash collections, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Handle fuel recharge requests and maintain related records.
• Liaise with delivery platforms (e.g., Talabat, Jahez, Keeta, Get Carri, Snoonu) to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance, traffic fines, and accidents.
• Address driver issues and customer complaints.
• Maintain employee and operational records and assist with driver documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Provide regular operational updates to management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in delivery operations, preferably within a delivery company.
• Strong knowledge of daily operations, driver management, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence (vehicle ownership is a plus).
• Immediate availability.
