Operations Team Leader

About the role

The Operations Team Leader will oversee daily store and booth activities, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns and brand standards. This role bridges the marketing and operations functions to deliver consistent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, launches, events, and booth activations.
• Assist influencer, celebrity, corporate, and partnership activities as needed.
• Manage social media content, photoshoots, and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Resolve daily operational issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure booths are fully operational, clean, organized, attractive, and stocked before opening dates.
• Conduct regular booth visits to verify compliance with operational and brand standards.
• Coordinate booth opening and closing activities and ensure proper handover.
• Supervise the operations team, overseeing staff schedules, attendance, performance, and customer‑service standards.
• Coordinate stock availability, product transfers, merchandising, and product displays.
• Maintain consistent brand presentation and facilitate communication between stores, booths, the warehouse, and other departments.
