Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for an Organizational Development Specialist to lead and execute OD initiatives across the Head Office and operations, ensuring consistency, clarity and effectiveness in how the organization is structured, managed and developed. The role drives the implementation of approved OD frameworks across regions, from organizational structures and job architecture to performance cycles and talent frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and periodically reviewing HR policies and procedures, keeping them up to date and aligned with organizational goals
• Coordinate policy and framework review cycles, consolidate inputs, run impact analyses and prepare documentation
• Manage the Employee Handbook lifecycle, including updates, version control and regional rollouts
• Apply regional OD standards while managing localization needs without compromising governance
• Review organizational structures, conduct change impact analysis and implement planning
• Translate business objectives into organizational structures and role designs, and validate manpower against approved structures and expansion plans
• Manage end-to-end role changes (creation, modification, structural updates) before managerial confirmation
• Lead job analysis to create standardized, future-ready job descriptions and maintain job architecture documentation across regions
• Implement competency frameworks, support career progression pathways and deliver succession planning frameworks
• Coordinate calibration and review activities, analyze performance data and support performance assessments for promotions and internal mobility
• Partner with HR, business leaders and regional teams, and produce OD analytics, dashboards and reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
• HR certification (PHRi, SPHRi, GPHR, CIPD) highly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development
• Proven exposure to organizational design, restructuring, job analysis, performance and talent frameworks
• Experience in large, multi-country, multicultural organizations strongly preferred
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
• Knowledge of OD practices, job architecture, competency frameworks and performance systems
• Analytical, documentation and reporting capabilities
• Stakeholder coordination and project management skills
