Paramedic – Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

Bilfinger is looking for a qualified male nurse to provide first‑aid and emergency medical support on its project sites in Kuwait. The role ensures employee health safety while complying with HSE standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid and emergency medical assistance at site, workshop and camp locations.
• Monitor and record daily health conditions of employees.
• Respond promptly to workplace injuries and medical emergencies.
• Maintain medical records, incident reports and treatment logs.
• Support pre‑employment, periodic and fitness‑to‑work medical checks.
• Ensure first‑aid kits and medical supplies are available and well‑maintained.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics and ambulance services when required.
• Assist the HSE team with health awareness programmes and medical drills.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid Ministry of Health nursing licence.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in industrial, construction or oil & gas environments.
• Knowledge of occupational health, first‑aid and emergency response.

Required skills

• Strong first‑aid and emergency handling capabilities.
• Medical record‑keeping and incident reporting.
• Ability to work independently on site.
• Clear communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
