Part‑Time Field IT Support Engineer (Dispatch/On‑Need)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Field IT Support Engineer to provide on‑site dispatch support for our clients in Kuwait. Visits are scheduled on‑need with at least 24 hours notice, making it suitable for candidates who can combine this role with other employment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tickets raised at client sites and travel to Al‑Ardiya or Sulaibiyah locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and operating system issues on desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Perform Smart‑Hands activities such as installing, configuring and testing networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, cabling panels).
• Ensure work complies with warranty terms and customer security policies.
• Document actions taken and communicate with the remote support team for guidance.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on field IT infrastructure support experience.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lb.
• Own laptop for remote assistance while on‑site.
• Available during business hours, Monday‑Friday.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
