Part‑Time Graphic Designer – Social Media (Kuwait)

About the role

The IELTS Official Test Centre Kuwait, operated by IDP Education, seeks a part‑time Graphic Designer to create bilingual visual content for social media, marketing campaigns and on‑site events. The role is flexible, ideal for students or freelancers who can work 10‑20 hours per week while building a portfolio with a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design social‑media graphics including posts, carousels, story sets and reel covers.
• Produce campaign and event collateral such as flyers, banners and in‑centre signage.
• Adapt layouts for both English and Arabic, maintaining clean typography and spacing.
• Follow the existing brand system (palette, typography, logo lock‑ups).
• Create reusable templates for recurring content.
• Iterate designs based on engagement insights and team feedback.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Ability to correctly set and layout Arabic text alongside English.
• Strong eye for typography, hierarchy and visual consistency.
• Awareness of current social‑media design trends in Kuwait and the GCC.
• Portfolio or sample work (student or freelance projects accepted).
• Valid Kuwait residency permitting part‑time work.
• University students or recent graduates are welcome.
