Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

About the role

The Pelvic Health Physiotherapist will join Taiba Hospital’s Women’s Health department to provide specialised rehabilitation for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. The role focuses on delivering evidence‑based treatment, ensuring high patient satisfaction, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients with pelvic floor dysfunction using detailed physiotherapy assessments.
• Design individualized, evidence‑based rehabilitation programs.
• Deliver pelvic floor training, biofeedback, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
• Educate patients on pelvic health, posture, lifestyle, and self‑management.
• Collaborate with gynecology, urology, obstetrics, colorectal surgery, and allied health teams.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital policies, quality standards, and data privacy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related specialty.
• Valid professional licence/registration.
• Specialised experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation and women’s health.
• Strong knowledge of evidence‑based physiotherapy techniques and patient‑centred care.
• Experience working in hospital settings and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
