Pest Controller Lead

About the role

The Pest Controller Lead will be based in Kuwait and will support LOGCAP operations under the supervision of the Pest Management Supervisor. This role involves leading a team of pest controllers, ensuring safe pesticide application, and responding to emergency service calls.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and oversee work performed by pest controllers.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and pesticide regulations.
• Conduct residential, commercial, and industrial pest management services.
• Operate and maintain LOGCAP‑specific pest control equipment.
• Coordinate inspections and work schedules with facility managers and occupants.
• Research materials, prepare documentation, and respond to emergency calls during and after regular hours.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship.
• High school diploma or equivalent; education may be substituted with one year of related experience.
• Valid DoD or State Pesticide Applicator License.
• Minimum two years of experience in pest control.
• Ability to communicate technical information in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Pesticide Applicator License (DoD or State).
• Proficiency with computer‑automated systems for task management.
