Pharmacist – Immediate Joiner (Local Hire)

About the role

This full‑time pharmacist position is based in Al Kuwait and requires an immediate joiner. The role involves handling prescription data, dispensing medicines, and supporting pharmacy operations within a hospital setting.

Key responsibilities

• Input patient prescription data into the hospital information system, ensuring correct drug names, dosages and labeling.
• Assist with daily drug stocking requests, pre‑packing medicines, and preparing items for delivery, including refrigerated items.
• Arrange received medication on shelves by expiry date, collect medicines for dispensing, and support physical counts of controlled medications.
• Provide direction to pharmacy orderlies, record drug shortages, and maintain strict hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Valid Pharmacist License in Kuwait with a NOC letter and higher‑education equivalency.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy and minimum 3 years post‑degree experience as a pharmacist.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Transferrable residency and ability to join immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy information systems and latest software applications.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
