About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Floater to join our Outpatient Therapy team on a day shift (8 am‑5 pm). The role provides independent, accountable care for a complex patient population while supporting departmental growth and professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services to outpatients across various ages.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with Arkansas State Board licensing requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to CPR certification standards.
Required profile
- Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of all facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
- Current CPR certification.
- Commitment to ongoing professional and departmental development.
Required skills
