About the role
Raii Garden is seeking a reliable and hardworking Plant Care Helper to support daily garden maintenance, plant handling, and preparation of customer orders. This onsite position involves working with both indoor and outdoor plants in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Water, prune, and perform general care for a variety of indoor and outdoor plants.
- Report plant health issues and maintenance activities.
- Lift and transport pots, soil, and plant materials as needed.
- Load, unload, and move plant supplies and arrangements.
- Assist team members during routine service visits to client locations.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy pots and soil.
- Reliable, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
- Willing to work 10‑hour shifts with two days off per month.

What we offer
- Salary of 150 KWD per month.
