Plant Shift In-Charge – Supervise Lime & Dolomite Operations

About the role
The Plant Shift In-Charge is responsible for supervising operators and technicians in the Lime & Dolomite plant during each shift. This role ensures that production targets are met, equipment remains reliable, and safety and quality standards are strictly followed.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate work and manpower to operators and technicians.
- Control daily production and maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment reliability and product quality.
- Enforce safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
- Document and report shift performance, incidents, and improvement needs to higher management.
- Take immediate operational and safety‑related actions within established procedures.
Required profile
- Experience supervising plant operators and technicians.
- Ability to allocate resources and manage shift‑level production.
- Knowledge of safety and quality regulations in an industrial environment.
- Capability to document performance and communicate issues to senior staff.
