Pool Attendant – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

As a Pool Attendant with Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying our spa and pool facilities. Your friendly attitude and attention to detail will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that enhances every stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive, upbeat demeanor and respond promptly to their requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the pool area, locker rooms, and related equipment in line with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Monitor pool usage, report any safety concerns, and ensure a relaxing atmosphere.
• Manage spa supplies by restocking towels, refreshments, and other amenities as needed.
• Process guest payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.
• Provide general support to the spa team to improve overall guest experience.
