Procurement & Logistics Manager – Oil & Gas (Kuwait)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager to lead the sourcing and delivery of materials for its oil and gas operations in Kuwait. You will oversee the end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring that high‑quality components and services are obtained cost‑effectively and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute procurement and logistics activities for all project materials.
• Lead a team of procurement and logistics staff, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Identify reliable suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and maintain a qualified vendor base.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to achieve optimal value.
• Ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of high‑quality materials, components, and services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive supply‑chain efficiency and competitiveness.
• Implement cost‑saving initiatives and monitor performance against targets.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree (mandatory).
• Proven experience in procurement and logistics within the oil and gas sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and complex supplier relationships.
• Strong focus on quality, value, and continuous improvement.
