About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist / Coordinator to manage logistics and foreign purchasing for a leading company in Kuwait. The role focuses on sourcing, importing, and coordinating commercial kitchen equipment and related supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate imports, shipments, and purchasing activities across international suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal terms.
- Oversee procurement of commercial kitchen equipment and related materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing with operational needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in procurement, logistics, and foreign purchasing.
- Experience in kitchen equipment procurement is an advantage.
- Ability to join immediately or within a 1–2 month notice period.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
