Product Specialist – Sports Medicine

About the role

We are seeking a Product Specialist in Sports Medicine to join our Orthopedic division in Kuwait. The role focuses on driving sales of our sports medicine portfolio, supporting surgeons in the operating room, and expanding business with hospitals and orthopedic specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow revenue within assigned accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
• Provide case coverage and technical support to surgeons during procedures.
• Promote the sports medicine product range to orthopedic surgeons and hospital decision‑makers.
• Deliver product training and in‑service sessions for operating‑room staff.
• Assist with tender submissions, product evaluations and manage consignment stock, implant sizing and expiry tracking.
• Track orders, purchases and pipeline through to closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in sports medicine.
• Background in pharmacy, biomedical engineering, nursing, physiotherapy or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Comfortable working in a sterile field and providing case coverage.
