Product Support Engineer

About the role

Boodai Trading is looking for a Product Support Engineer in Kuwait to support workshop operations, drive sales of spare parts and service contracts, and grow the business. The role acts as the main point of contact with customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support workshop operations, generate service and maintenance jobs and promote spare parts to meet sales objectives.
• Develop new customer accounts and expand the company's market presence.
• Follow up on sales, prepare quotations, follow up orders, manage parts delivery and payments, and define a visit plan for regular customer site inspections.
• Track and collect customer receivables to support the credit department.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including call reports and win/loss analyses.
• Provide feedback on expiring warranties and report product specification changes, safety issues or non-compliance.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate them when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience maintaining heavy and industrial equipment.
• Ability to handle different types of customers and good communication skills.
