About the role

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer specialized in HV Switchgear Assembly to join our team in Kuwait. The role involves leading a team of foremen and technicians to ensure efficient assembly and production planning of high‑voltage switchgear panels.

Key responsibilities

Lead a group of 3‑4 foremen and approximately 100 technicians in switchgear panel assembly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly assembly plans, manage multiple work orders and ensure production targets are met.
Maintain shop floor discipline, an organized assembly line, and a clean factory environment.

Required profile

Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E.).
Relevant experience in HV switchgear panel assembly and production planning.
Strong delegation, team management, and leadership abilities.

Required skills

Thorough knowledge of wiring schedules, circuit diagrams, BOQs, and general assembly drawings.
Understanding of VCB and switchgear working principles.
Familiarity with ISO, safety procedures, and assembly instruments/tools for HV switchgear.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and AutoCAD.
