Program/Scheduler (Marine and Ports)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Program/Scheduler to join our team in Kuwait, supporting marine and port projects. You will coordinate program schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update program schedules using scheduling software and project management tools.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and monitor timelines.
• Manage calendar systems, schedule meetings, events, and program activities.
• Prepare and distribute scheduling reports and documentation to stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling risks and propose solutions to maintain program efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong time‑management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduling software and project management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with calendar management systems.
