Project Management Specialist

About the role

Mada Communications is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support its telecom projects in Kuwait City. The role focuses on tracking project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring effective collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update project schedules, milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication and alignment with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Current residence in Kuwait.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience monitoring project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities concurrently.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2.
• Preferred experience in the telecommunications or ICT sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/project‑tracking tools.
• Familiarity with workflow management and project‑tracking systems such as Hel.
